As an Alberta private-sector organization, we aim to handle personal information in accordance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). The federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) may apply to information involved in commercial activities that cross provincial or national borders or where federal jurisdiction otherwise applies. Server and technical data
Our hosting provider may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, date and time of access, referrer information and security logs. We do not use this website to build advertising profiles.
3. Purposes of processing
We may use personal information to respond to enquiries, coordinate reservations or events, provide requested customer service, maintain website security, diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse, keep business records and comply with legal obligations. We do not use contact-form information for unrelated marketing unless a separate lawful basis and appropriate notice or consent exists.

Under Canadian privacy rules, we rely on meaningful consent where required and may also process information where permitted or required by law. The current website form is configured locally and does not submit data to an external form-processing service. Information typed into the form is handled in the browser for the on-page interaction. For a confirmed reservation or event arrangement, contact us using the email address or telephone number displayed on the site.

The site does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking or third-party analytics. Local interface code may rely on browser functionality necessary to display and operate the site, but the site itself is not configured to set non-essential tracking cookies. This website is intended for a general adult audience in connection with a venue that includes age-restricted casino areas. We do not knowingly use the website to solicit personal information from children. Access to the casino area is restricted to persons who meet the legal age requirements applicable in Alberta.
